It can be as simple as walking around your neighborhood to going to a nearby park. It all depends on what works best to you.

Over the summer, I made the best focaccia I've ever tasted. Believe me, It's easier than you think and you get to eat the fruits of your labor. Try it!

If you're not a seasoned hiker, no worries. Stick to the easy trails and build yourself up. National Parks are a treasure-trove of amazing views, wildlife, and so much more. If you're not near one, go to your local state park instead.

When fall comes around, I love going apple picking. It makes my inner child happy which in turn makes me happy. If apples are not your thing see what's available to pick in your area.

Accepting your flaws, insecurities, and mistakes can be extremely difficult but it's not impossible. It all starts with being yourself and knowing you're not perfect. Remember, be kind to yourself and give yourself grace.
